Return and Exchange
You may return an item in “like new” condition within 14 days from the shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete, in their original packaging, and include all brand brochures, certificates, and other enclosures.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling fees from the original order are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item for a similar one (e.g. if a jewelry size doesn't fit) and your order was placed within the EU, the replacement item will be shipped free of charge once the returned item has been received by the seller.
